The 2008 Wisconsin Highland Games
The Wisconsin Highland Games kick off Friday night, September 5th with our stirring opening ceremonies on the Expo Center grounds, followed by live Celtic music with food and drink in the Arena. Saturday morning, the Games and grounds open for two days of athletics, music, dancing, culture, shopping, and unbridled Celtic fun!

- Pub Tent with non-stop live Celtic music (traditional and contemporary)

- Axe Throw instruction and competitions

- Scottish and American food
- British motorcycle show
- Clans Area
- Haggis Hurling Competition
- Sheep Herding demonstrations
- Kirkin' of the Tartan church service Sunday
Tickets are $8 at the door, and $5 in advance (available soon!)
Kids 12 and under get in free!
No pets or carry-ins allowed on the grounds.
Wisconsin Highland Games Challenge Caber Event: Video from last year's Wisconsin Highland Games! Craig Smith becomes the third person to turn the Wisconsin Highland Games Championship Caber (known as the "Badger Stick"), a 141-pound, 16-foot 8½-inch monster, and did it while injured!
